When staying at Casa Cueva Guadix for Christmas, I was enthralled by the unique experience of living like 21st-century cave-dwellers while enjoying modern comforts.The cave accommodation provided comfortable beds, a well-appointed bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining area. Surprisingly, the cave offered ample fresh air and sunlight, akin to any urban hotel. The warm reception from Maryse, our gracious host, with delectable treats from a local bakery, added to the delightful stay. I left feeling content and longing to return for another enriching cultural experience.
